Happy New EiC
When we mention the best of AudiologyOnline, I would not be able to say that without mentioning our Managing Editor, Dr. Carolyn Smaka. I have to give her credit for taking the content on our website to the next level. This includes not just the great CE articles you see above, but other innovations such as our Virtual Conferences this past year on Audiologic Rehabilitation, Tinnitus and Vestibular issues. She also worked closely with Dr. Gus Mueller in setting up the Vanderbilt Audiology Journal Club that was a great success and she has more great content planned for 2011.
Therefore, I am proud and excited to announce Carolyn's promotion to Editor-in-Chief of AudiologyOnline. I will continue in my role as President, overseeing major company initiatives in addition to being the "birthday-guy", responsible for remembering employees' special days and sending nice greetings. I look forward to Carolyn's continued excellence in her new role. If you feel the same, please take a moment to drop her a nice note at csmaka@audiologyonline.com.
Thank you!
As always, thank you for reading and your participation. To help you stay informed we've included the latest industry news, interviews and Ask the Expert questions over to the right, so take a looksy over there!
Cheers,
Paul Dybala, Ph.D.
