Thanks to the good folks at Etymotic Research, the ER series of filters for the Musicians Earplugs (Westone Style No. 49) are now available in five colors; beige (the original), brown, red, blue, and clear (my favorite color). There is no charge for your choice of color.
Please note the following default color selection if you give us a material choice, but no filter color choice: Formula II, RX, Mediflex: Beige Filter
Any vinyl material tinted brown: Brown Filter
Formula II Clear, Superflex, Frosted Flex, and any vinyl material tinted other than brown: Clear Filter
From what we have seen, the red and blue filters are used for folks who desire a quick visual reference for which side goes where (red-right, blue-left).
If any of your patients want to replace the filters on their existing Musicians Earplugs with one of the new colors, we suggest a retail price of $76.00 for a pair of ER filters.
