It's Not Work If You Like It
A few of our guys in the lab got to playing around in the injection room in response to many requests from y'all for "marble looking" vinyl earmolds (rather than silicone). They created some very beautiful designs and we wanted to make them available as another option for your patients.
The nature of the processing requires that white always be used as the base color. We only mix two colors together so the decision process for your patient will be fairly simple. The colors we have to mix with the white are pink, orange, green, yellow, blue, red and purple. The marble effect can be done in any style of earmold that is currently available in the polyvinylchloride (pvc) material group. Want some help imagining what they look like? Well, mix orange with the white and you have a Dreamsicle™. (How many of you remember those?) Mix the blue with the white and you have an angry sea. The red and white mixture elicits thoughts of peppermint candies.
To order, write in "Vinyl Marble" and your color choice. Remember, white is required and you pick one color to mix with it.
