Unitron™ Named a Best Small-Medium Employer in Canada for Second Year

February 10, 2010 - Kitchener, ON, Canada - Unitron™, a global innovator of technologically advanced hearing instruments, has been named one of the Top 50 Best Small and Medium Employers in Canada for the second year in a row. The company was ranked 13th overall.

The competitive study by Queen's School of Business, Queen's Centre for Business Venturing and Hewitt Associates is published annually in the Globe & Mail. Employee opinion is the predominant factor in determining an organization's overall score and deciding whether a company earns the status of being one of the best. Eighteen engagement drivers are analyzed along with an assessment of an organization's practices and perspectives from the leadership team. This year, more than 250 companies across Canada participated in the study.
