Educational Conference Sept. 22 - 23 in Minneapolis Teaches How to Achieve Double-Digit Revenue Growth

PLYMOUTH, MINN. (July 27, 2011) - Unitron, a global provider of world-class hearing innovations, is hosting a Business Accelerator Educational Conference for audiologists from Thursday, Sept. 22, through Friday, Sept. 23, 2011, at Unitron's U.S. headquarters in Plymouth, Minnesota. Designed to share proven methods and best practices of growing audiology businesses, participants will learn the secrets to achieving double-digit revenue growth.

During this hands-on event, participants will learn the three major factors to achieving their business goals through a data-driven approach, including what to measure, how to analyze results to fix problems rather than symptoms, and how to apply learning to everyday processes and activities. Best practices will also be shared to demonstrate how these concepts can be successfully applied. Attendees will also continue to meet virtually each month after the conference to monitor progress and continue sharing ideas.

Instructors include Pam Pech, Founder of Connecting Resources, LLC;Mark DeRuiter, Ph.D., M.B.A., University of Minnesota;and Brian Taylor, Au.D., Unitron and Editor of Audiology Practices.

"Similar to the process applied to patient care, getting the outcomes you want from your business requires a data-driven, systematic approach," says Taylor. "Our goal is to help our hearing health care partners grow their practices by sharing best practices both at the conference, and via ongoing discussions over the next year."
