April 7, 2015 – Plymouth, MN – Four hundred hearing healthcare professionals attending this year’s AudiologyNOW! Conference in San Antonio, TX had a chance to test Unitron’s new Moxi™ Fit hearing instruments, featuring North, the company’s latest, most advanced technology platform. The live trials on the exhibition hall floor were the first of their kind in the industry, giving wearers an unprecedented listening experience.
The live trials were executed using Unitron’s Flex:trial™ devices and Log It All, an industry-first data logging feature in Unitron TrueFit software. Log It All tracks a patient’s listening activities across seven environments, and compares the environments of the patient with those recognized by their chosen level of technology. Hearing healthcare professionals can then provide evidence-based recommendations for selecting the optimal technology level for hearing instruments.
After wearing the Moxi™ Fit devices for up to a full day, conference participants were asked to rate their listening experiences using the Net Promoter Score (NPS®), an international standard for measuring, understanding, and improving customer experience. Unitron’s trial at AudiologyNOW! resulted in a NPS score of 91 percent.
“Our confidence in our technology and products allowed us to prove this to the most discriminating audience, the hearing healthcare professionals who are out there providing solutions for their patients every day.” said Jason Mayer, Vice President, Sales, Unitron U.S. “From our amazing new technology platform to our feature-rich fitting software, all of our efforts at Unitron are focused on helping our customers deliver an exceptional in-clinic patient experience.”
The Unitron North platform and new Moxi™ product line were officially launched by the company earlier this week.
