Unitron Appoints New Global Head of Customer Experience to Advance Its Customer Experience Strategy

August 26, 2015 – Kitchener, Canada Unitron, a global innovator of advanced hearing solutions announced today the appointment of Rob Walesa to Head of Global Customer Experience.   Mr. Walesa is a 20+ year veteran of the Unitron organization. Most recently, he was General Manager, Unitron Canada, where he provided instrumental leadership in growing Unitron’s brand and market share successfully establishing Unitron as a leader in the Canadian hearing healthcare marketplace.  Prior to the GM role, Mr. Walesa held successive senior roles within the Unitron organization, overseeing the company’s product management organization and product roadmap and expanding Unitron’s presence in the United States, Asia and the Southern Hemisphere.
