Todd Murray Named President of Beltone U.S.

CHICAGO, March 28, 2004 — Beltone Electronics Corporation named Todd Murray president of Beltone U.S. GN ReSound C.O.O. Alan P. Dozier made the announcement. Murray will be responsible for overseeing the company's U.S. operations.

"Todd will continue our commitment to growing the Beltone Hearing Care Network and enhancing the level of patient care for our customers," says Dozier. "His combined experience in retail, healthcare and national operations uniquely qualifies him to lead our strong Beltone senior management team."

Prior to joining Beltone, Murray spent nine years with Cole National Corporation, a two billion-dollar multi-brand specialty retailer, serving in multiple general management roles. Most recently he was vice president, store operations for Pearle Vision's 900-location U.S. business. He began his career at IBM where he focused on the retail banking business, and later joined Deloitte and Touché in their retail and consumer products consulting practice.

Murray received his B.A. degree from Brown University, and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. His is also a past Trustee for the Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital for Rehabilitation.
