Oakdale, Minnesota, November 17, 2005 - Hearing Components announced today that Timothy R. Hedlund, P.E. has joined the company as Vice President of Sales. Prior to joining Hearing Components, Mr. Hedlund was President of Midmac Systems, a manufacturing automation company. Tim, formally educated in mechanical engineering, has an MS from Stanford and a BS from the University of Minnesota. Over the last 25 years Tim has held a variety of management positions in technically - based companies, including 3M and Bell Labs.
Commenting on Mr. Hedlund's appointment, Hearing Components' President and CEO, Dr. Bob Oliveira noted, "Hearing Components is fortunate to have an executive with Mr. Hedlund's experience as our Vice President of Sales.
