Collapsible Equipment Fields on Intake Form: To speed up the time it takes to load patient intake forms we have redesigned the 'Current Equipment' fields. To see it in action open an intake form and scroll down to the 'Current Equipment' section. To begin entering hearing aid information click the 'Add Equipment' button. This change in functionality will greatly improve the speed and load time of patient intake forms.
Invoice Notes: A little while ago we added a notation box on statements that allows you to, well, add notes to statements. We received many thanks and much praise for this little addition. In fact, we were so inspired by all our fan mail we have now taken it a step further and added a notation box to printable invoices. Type away!
Email Addresses Hyperlinked: For no other reason except that it makes perfect sense to us and will save you more time, we have hyperlinked all patient email addresses located on the 'Patient Summary.' To send an email to a patient simply click on their email address to launch your email client.
Admin Copy Tool: We have a wonderful new feature for those customers with multiple offices and for those who are about to open more offices! We have expanded our customers' ability to copy administration set up from one location to another. Now all admin links have copy features! Appointment types, warranty plans, earmold types and so on. Sycle customers can set all of their admin lists in one location and simply copy it to all other locations.
Hearing Loss Level Hyperlink: When entering hearing loss levels customers will notice that the word 'Level' is hyperlinked. Simply click on this link to reveal the hearing loss entry instructions.
Warranty Start Date defaults to Delivery Date: We have had many requests for this one. Now warranty start dates will be based on the delivery date of a hearing aid rather than the purchase date.
