Additional Filters on Sales Report: Next time you run your Sales Report in Sycle.net you will see the addition of filters allowing you to run it by Purchase Date and Return Date.

Contact Us Form: We owe so much of Sycle.net's success to our customers. It's your ideas and suggestions that help drive the development of the software! With that in mind we have streamlined the process by which you are able to contact our support and product development teams. Click on the support link in the upper right of any page within Sycle.net. Enter your name, the name of your practice and select the nature of your inquiry and add any comments. A Sycle.net representative will follow up with you promptly!

Sales Summary Enhancements: Improvements have been made to the Sales Summary Report which follow many new best practices in the way in which data is displayed and analyzed. This report cleanly reconciles with all other sales reports in Sycle.net.

HA Sales Report Enhancements: We love this one! When running your hearing aid sales report you'll find a new pulldown menu allowing you to group transactions by invoice or by individual purchase. This will provide a level of granularity previously not available.

Selling From Stock Enhancement: Increasing efficiency is at the core of Sycle.net's mission. That's why we are always looking for ways to enhance workflows. And that is just what we've done with this new inventory functionality! Now, when you sell an in-stock device, you will notice that the 'delivered' box is automatically checked off. If there is an earmold associated with the device it will populate to the inventory section and checkin/delivery will function as they always have.

Email as Preferred Contact: More and more patients are requesting to be contacted via email. To ensure you are able to capture this information accurately you may now assign "Email" as a patient's preferred method of contact. This can be done at the time of intake or you can edit any existing patient summaries. The preferred method of contact will display on search results and in the call list.

Revised Page Headers: Take a look at the header when you are logged into Sycle.net. We've moved the 'Sign Out' link to the far right and we've also added a "Videos" link allowing you to watch our online tutorials without having to logout.

Repair Form: We are thrilled to announce the addition of a Repair Form into Sycle.net. This new form has been vetted with major manufacturers and has been given a big thumbs up! Now generating a repair in Sycle.net couldn't be easier! You will now see a "HA Repair Form" button appear at the lower left of the invoice. Once you click that button a pre-populated repair form will be generated allowing you to print.
