New feature designed to help hearing healthcare providers address coronavirus-related issues by enabling online appointments with their patient
San Francisco, CA: In response to the global pandemic situation, Sycle today announced the availability of Sycle Telehealth, a new feature that enables Sycle customers to have online appointments with their patients. Sycle Telehealth lets clinics treat their patients without the risk of exposure for the patient or their employees. Sycle Telehealth will be provided as a free service to Sycle customers through the end of 2020.

With Sycle Telehealth, clinics will be able to deliver numerous online services, such as:
Full provider/patient appointment sessions
Any required follow-up care
Patient pre-screenings
Hearing device care and maintenance
Speech therapy sessions

Sycle Telehealth is HIPAA compliant, mobile friendly and doesn’t require any additional software to be downloaded.
Sycle Telehealth will be available immediately for no charge to Sycle customers.
