Support Announcement - NOAHlink First of the Year Issue

HIMSA has received reports of a reoccurring issue with NOAHlinks at the first of the year We wish to remind audiologists of the potential issue after January 1st 2011 where NOAHlink may lose its paired connection to Bluetooth. We recommend that you test the NOAHlink BEFORE the first patient fitting in January. Typically you will be presented with the opportunity to enter the NOAHlink PIN code 1234 and reestablish the NOAHlink Bluetooth connection.

If you wish to avoid the problem you also can switch from the Widcomm Bluetooth stack to the Microsoft stack before the first of the year.
