Starkey Welcomes Industry Veteran Jodi Sasaki, Au.D., as Business Excellence Director

Eden Prairie, Minnesota (March 13, 2025) – Starkey, a global leader in hearing technology, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jodi Sasaki-Miraglia, Au.D., as the new Business Excellence Director. With more than 23 years of experience in the hearing healthcare industry at major manufacturers, Sasaki has a proven track record of developing successful business strategies, training programs, and educational initiatives that drive growth for our professionals and improve patient care. She is deeply committed to enhancing patient care, a passion that began during her time as an Audiologist at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Throughout her career, Sasaki has worked closely with hearing professionals, manufacturers, and industry leaders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance clinical outcomes and business success. She has led professional development initiatives, spearheaded business enablement programs, and played a key role in fostering industry-wide collaboration. Her deep expertise in both clinical and business operations make her uniquely suited to support and educate Starkey’s expansive network. 

As Business Excellence Director, Sasaki will serve as a key link between Starkey’s U.S. Commercial, Audibel, and Marketing teams. Her primary focus will be leading our efforts in transforming complex processes related to patient care, workflow, marketing, and efficiency into actionable development content and coaching for Starkey’s professional networks. This initiative will help ensure that hearing professionals are equipped with the latest insights and tools to optimize patient care and business success.
