Eden Prairie, Minnesota (April 12, 2023) – Starkey President and CEO Brandon Sawalich has been named Executive of the Year in the 2023 Excellence in Customer Service Awards. This global recognition, presented by the Business Intelligence Group, recognizes those who are helping companies better communicate with their customers to provide a differentiated level of customer service.

Over the years, he worked in nearly every corner of the business, learning everything he could about Starkey and the hearing health industry. Named President of Starkey in 2017 and Chief Executive Officer in 2020, Sawalich now leads a global team of over 5,000 people who are challenging the limits of technology.
