Eden Prairie, Minnesota (February 11, 2020) – For nearly a decade, the German Design Award has celebrated pioneering contributions to the domestic and international design landscape in categories ranging from office furniture to medical equipment. The German Design Council recognized Livio AI late last year in the Universal Design Category, and the award was recently accepted by the Starkey Germany team on February 7. Livio AI, the world's first Healthable hearing aid with embedded sensors and artificial intelligence, was praised for its barrier-free usability, flexible application possibilities and intuitive user control.
