15-year Veteran of Hearing Aid Industry Oversees Multiple Business Areas
Minneapolis, Dec. 15, 2008 - Starkey Laboratories, Inc., one of the world's leading hearing technology companies, has announced that Lisa Kagel has been promoted to Senior Director of Customer Relations. In this position, Kagel oversees a number of business areas including Customer Service, Audiology Support, Technical Support, Batteries, Warranties and SoundChoice® Patient Financing.

Kagel has been working in the hearing aid industry for more than 15 years and is a graduate of Upper Iowa University with a double major in marketing and psychology. Prior to joining Starkey, Kagel served as a Regional and National Sales Manager for Micro-Tech. Since joining Starkey, she has led the company's network development initiatives.
