Michele Fusco
Michele Fusco has been promoted to a new position, Vice President of Service Excellence. She will be responsible for the Sonus Greenhouse Training Program, Patient Satisfaction Measurement, and Manufacturer Relationships. Michele will be key in the development and training of Sonus' Service Excellence Systems and will be the primary contact with the manufacturers.

Brendan Ford
Dan Quall has been promoted to President of the Sonus Network and Brendan Ford to Vice President of the Sonus Network. In 1998 the Network began with 10 members. The vision was to unite leading health care clinics across the continent into the largest single provider of hearing health services. Dan and Brendan have directed the activities of the Sonus Network Team and grown the Sonus Network today to over 1200 locations nationwide, making it a significant part of Sonus' overall business presence. Dedicated to providing a distribution channel of leading hearing health care professionals, the Sonus Network provides members choice and independence representing the best products, manufacturers and services.
