SOMERSET, NJ May 2 – Sonic, the growing US-based hearing instrument manufacturer, has opened its new worldwide headquarters in Somerset, New Jersey. Sonic President & Chief Operating Officer Joseph A. Lugara officiated at the ribbon-cutting ceremony that also celebrated the launch of Sonic Bliss, the company’s newest premium hearing solution. The open design 40,000-square-foot building enables Sonic to consolidate key business areas into one location and allows ample room for continued growth. Sonic’s new brand messaging “Everyday Sounds Better” and icons that reflect the treasured sounds of everyday life are prominently featured throughout the new headquarters.
“This is an exciting time for Sonic,” says Lugara. “With a new headquarters, a new brand message and the newest additions to our premium and value solutions, Sonic is well positioned to expand support for our network of partners in more than 25 countries.”
Bringing employees together in the same physical location creates synergies that will enhance the company’s ability to provide innovative, quality products built on the Sonic 4S Foundation — Sound that's natural, Speech understanding in noise, Simplicity in everything we do and Style that stands out.
The open design office space facilitates open and easy communication among the teams and increases their ability to service accounts quickly and efficiently. Sonic employees and customers will also benefit from the new Frank Sinatra and Bruce Springsteen Training Areas that can accommodate both small and large groups for in-depth product and software training.
“Central Jersey is a wonderful location for the new Sonic world headquarters and provides the right environment for our employees to enjoy their work experience in a contemporary setting,” adds Lugara. “This move is another positive step that strengthens our focus on delivering quality products and positive experiences for our partners and for the people who wear our instruments.”
