Company Announces Four New Positions

Piscataway, NJ, August 31, 2004 - Siemens Hearing Instruments, Inc. announces the addition of several key individuals joining the Siemens team. These individuals were selected to connect Siemens with Hearing Care Professionals across the United States, enabling the company to continue to provide its customers with world-class service.
Siemens new employees are:

Joe Coskey, Field Sales Representative, Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi
Coskey is responsible for helping his partners attain their practice goals. Prior to joining Siemens, Coskey was a Clinical Audiologist at the Tuscaloosa Veteran's Administration Medical Center in Alabama. He is a graduate of the University of South Alabama where he earned a bachelor's and master's degree in speech and hearing sciences. He holds a certificate of clinical competence in Audiology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

Joe Molinaro, Field Sales Representative, Minnesota and Wisconsin
Siemens welcomes Molinaro to its team as a field sales representative for Minnesota and Wisconsin. Responsibilities include supporting all Hearing Care Professionals in his areas. No stranger to the industry, he has thirteen years of experience in sales and customer service within the hearing aid industry. Prior to joining Siemens, Molinaro worked in outside sales for a hearing aid manufacturer. A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Molinaro holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism.

Erin K. Ouellette, M.S. CCC-A, Inside Sales Representative, Government Services
Ouellette is responsible for maintaining and generating business opportunities while providing product information to the VA and other government services agencies. Additionally, she formulates and evaluates the customers' needs and proposes business solutions. Prior to joining Siemens, Erin was a Clinical Audiologist at the Duke University Medical Center in North Carolina. She is a graduate of Ithaca College in New York and holds a Master of Science in Audiology.

Seni Sok, Professional Products Sales Representative
Seni Sok is responsible for assisting Hearing Care Professionals in the Northeast with purchasing Siemens batteries and impression materials. He provides direction and consultation in regards to Siemens various offerings in these products lines. Sok is a graduate of Richard Stockton College in New Jersey and holds a bachelor's degree in Bio Chemistry with a minor in Business Administration.
