Siemens Names David Sawyer Vice President of Marketing

PISCATAWAY, New Jersey, 2002- Siemens Hearing Solutions announces the promotion of David Sawyer to Vice President of Marketing. Sawyer will direct the company's marketing services, product development and management, software and systems technical support, advertising, and overall marketing initiatives.
"With over 20 years of successful experience in the hearing instrument industry and his contributions to Siemens thus far, Sawyer is a critical member of the company's management team." stated Paul Erickson, President and CEO of Siemens Hearing Solutions.
Since joining Siemens in 1999, Sawyer has worked as the company's International Custom Product Development Director, and most recently as Director of Marketing.
Before joining Siemens, Sawyer held a number of key management and sales positions with several hearing instrument companies, and previously dispensed hearing instruments in private practice. He has also been the publisher of an advertising periodical, has written articles for industry trade magazines, and conducted seminars and workshops in numerous continuing education training programs for Hearing Health Care Professionals.
