Siemens Hearing Instruments has announced a new Audiologist appointment in the North West of England. Kate Townsend Poole joins for a fixed-term maternity cover providing audiological and technical support on the Siemens range of products, accessories and services.
Kate originally registered as an Audiologist in 2004 and has recently enhanced her audiological experience by completing a Foundation Degree (FdSc) in Hearing Aid Audiology at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge. She has worked with a national chain and in the independent hearing sector, most recently practicing as an independent audiologist and therefore brings great experience to her role with Siemens.
In her spare time, Kate is a keen motorcyclist and has marshalled at the British and World Superbikes and the MotoGP for the past 14 years. This has also seen her travel to Holland, Spain, Belgium and the USA where her knowledge of French, German and Spanish has been useful.
