Branda, M.A., Educational SpecialistNo stranger to Siemens Hearing Instruments, Eric was recently promoted to Educational Specialist after joining the Audiology Department of Siemens five years ago where he was a valuable resource for Siemens customers. In his new role, he will be responsible for conducting regional customer seminars, assisting the CEU program, and assisting with coordination of the outside consultant trainer group. He is a graduate of the University of Akron in Ohio with a master's in Audiology.
Karen Specian, Training ManagerKaren Specian joins Siemens Hearing Instruments as the new Training Manager. Karen brings many years of experience in identifying training requirements and implementing training initiatives in different industries. Karen's initial focus will be optimizing the training efforts in our manufacturing operations and bringing new employees "up to speed" as quickly as possible. Karen received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Rutgers University in New Jersey and University of Dayton in Ohio. She holds Master Trainer Certifications in multiple industries and disciplines.
Tom Grehl, Professional Products ManagerSiemens welcomes Tom to its team as the Professional Products Manager. He is responsible for managing the sales activities of the Professional Products Department. Tom recently joined Siemens as a sales representative and acclimated himself to the business quickly. He is a graduate of West Virginia University where he received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Tom is currently working on his MBA at Rider University in New Jersey and is scheduled to graduate in 2005.
