The Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) is now accepting entries for its fifth annual Digital Arts, Film and Animation Competition for middle and high school students who are deaf or hard of hearing. Until the January 15, 2010 deadline, students in grades 9 through 12 can use their creative talents and artistic expression to submit up to two entries in any of six categories: Web Page Design, Graphic Media, 3-D Animation, Film, Interactive Media and Photo Imaging. The winning entries in each category will receive a $250 prize and an all-expenses-paid trip to Rochester, N.Y., in the spring for the awards ceremony and an exhibition of their work.
