ReSound Offers Student Scholarship & Vacation Prize at AudiologyNOW!

ReSound will be holding a prize drawing at AudiologyNOW! in Boston to provide one student with a scholarship and one dispenser with a Four Seasons vacation.

Bloomington, MN, March 12, 2012 - www.gnresound.com - ReSound, a technology leader in hearing aid solutions, will be giving away a student scholarship at the upcoming AudiologyNOW! tradeshow in Boston, March 28 - 31, 2012. ReSound will also be hosting a prize drawing for dispensers to win a Four Seasons vacation.

Both prizes will be awarded at the ReSound Revolution Party at Royale on Friday, March 30th, 7 pm - 10 pm. Dispensers and students can enter the prize drawing by visiting the ReSound booth #1063 or by being one of the first 100 people to arrive at the party.

In 2011, the student scholarship was awarded to Pete Hutchinson, a Communication Science and Disorders student at the University of Pittsburgh.

"I was given a $3000 scholarship that night by ReSound. They probably never knew, nor can they understand how much that scholarship really meant to me," said Hutchinson. "Winning this scholarship not only allowed me to return to complete my degree, but also showed me that a career in audiology is where I belong."

ReSound will also be giving away a special VIP package for the ReSound Revolution Party. Each VIP package includes:

• A VIP table for 8 people at the party (balcony booths overlooking dance floor)
  
• A dedicated server and bottle service ($500 value)
  
• A "swag bag" of party giveaways ($100 value)
  
• A tabletop VIP sign with the VIP's name on it

For a chance to win the VIP package, AudiologyNOW! attendees should visit the ReSound Facebook page (www.facebook.com/gnresound) and post something about what they learned at the ReSound booth. Four winners will be selected (two on Thursday and two on Friday). Thursday's winners will be notified via Facebook by 7 pm and Friday's winners will be notified by 2 pm. VIP tables must be claimed by 8 PM or they will be released to other attendees.
