Herman brings with her more than 20 years of experience within the US healthcare industry. Prior to joining ReSound, Herman held positions as US President of Coloplast Corp, vice president at Apria Healthcare;senior vice president and chief marketing officer at Gentiva Health Services;and executive vice president and chief operating officer at Senior Homecare, Inc. Herman also has six years of consulting and interim leadership experience for private equity portfolio clients.
