BLOOMINGTON, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, ReSound hosted Congressman Erik Paulsen (MN-03) at the company’s U.S. headquarters in Bloomington. During the visit, ReSound demonstrated its role in advancing the hearing aid industry through its complete portfolio of Smart Hearing solutions, and recognized Rep. Paulsen for his commitment to supporting research and innovation in the industry as well as his advocacy for individuals living with hearing loss.

Rep. Paulsen visited ReSound’s facilities to learn more about the company’s positive impact in Minnesota, including a joint three-year Minnesota Job Skills Partnership (MJSP) with Normandale Community College, which aims to provide training for job growth and retention in the Minnesota workforce. The visit included a tour of ReSound’s state-of-the-art manufacturing plant, where Rep. Paulsen met with employees to learn more about the processes behind developing ReSound Smart Hearing aids. Rep. Paulsen also met with local ReSound wearer, Robert Fuglem, who shared perspective on the real world benefits of advancements in hearing technologies.
