Division 2 (Neurophysiology and Neurogenic Speech and Language Disorders) is funding registration waivers for the ASHA 2005 Convention for qualified recent master's and doctoral students who submit papers to the Convention on neurogenic topics. Application form - ASHA Convention Registration Waiver for Recent Graduates
Purpose: To promote the dissemination of research findings in Neurogenic Communication Disorders by offering complimentary ASHA Convention registrations to 6 NSLLHA members and 6 ASHA members who are recent Master's or Doctoral graduates.
Eligibility: The applicant (a) has received a master's or a doctoral degree from an accredited institution in the past 3 years, (b) is an ASHA or NSSLHA member, (c) has submitted a proposal in Neurogenic Communication Disorders, and (d) is first author on the submitted ASHA proposal.
Selection: The 6 NSSLHA members and 6 ASHA members receiving the highest Convention Program review scores will receive waivers.
