Beginning on August 26th, Phonak Hearing Systems will be offering regional workshops focused on helping hearing professionals build a more stable and growing business.
Business planning should be the keystone to any practice; however, few practices maintain a current business and marketing plan and many have no plan at all. In Part One of this two part workshop, attendees will gain an in-depth understanding of what a strategic business plan is, how to develop a comprehensive plan, and how to apply your plan to the everyday running of a practice. Whether you have a business plan or not, you will come away with valuable insights that will ensure a more stable practice regardless of market conditions.
In Part Two, the world of Insurance and Reimbursement will be explored in depth. Attendees will learn how to streamline procedures, optimize coding and maximize reimbursement. Whether you are new to this complex world, or you're simple trying to keep current with the latest changes in Medicare, attendees will find this component of the workshop worth its weight in gold!
Organized in 2002, Phonak's Practice Development Department is dedicated to offering programs designed to assist the practitioner in developing and maintaining the necessary skills to compete in today's competitive hearing care market.
