The name change from Phonak Holding AG to Sonova Holding AG was approved overwhelmingly at the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting of June 12, 2007 and scheduled for August 1, 2007.
On August 2, 2007 the Sonova share (formerly Phonak Holding AG) will be traded for the first time under the new name at the SWX Swiss Exchange. The new ticker symbol is SOON (formerly PHBN). The security number remains unchanged (Val. No.: 1254978).
