Otometrics Moves into New U.S. Headquarters

Share:

Otometrics will move its US headquarters to a larger, more modern setting at the end of February 2011. While the company's growth has prompted the move, the priority for the new office space is to create a state-of-the-art educational center for its customers along with a modern R&D facility.

"Otometrics has experienced growth across all of our product lines, primarily because we have been so responsive to changing market needs," says Dan McNulty, General Manager of Otometrics U.S. "Health care professionals are comfortable purchasing Otometrics' modern instrumentation because of the depth and variety of audiological and technical support we offer. Expansion into a state-of-the-art facility will afford our professional staff with more opportunities to push customized professional training beyond the limits of live and in person."

The new education center will include exam suites for hearing aid fitting, balance assessment, and hearing assessment, with a fully functional sound booth. Customers and sales professionals will be able to train in a clinical environment, improving skill sets and sharing best practices. "With this investment, Otometrics has once again demonstrated a clear commitment to supporting our customers," says McNulty.

Otometrics develops manufactures and markets computer-based audiological, otoneurologic and vestibular instrumentation in more than 70 countries under the MADSEN, AURICAL, and ICS brand names.
