Somerset, NJ January 25 - Oticon Medical, a global medical device company within the William Demant Group, today announced the appointment of Kimberlee M. Griffey, AuD as Regional Manager and Beverly Ostrowski as Customer Service Manager. The new hires build on Oticon Medical's expanded professional support and customer service for 2012.
Kimberlee Griffey, AuD brings more than 10 years of experience in bone anchored hearing solutions and cochlear implants to her new position as Regional Manager for Oticon Medical's South Central region. Griffey has worked closely with surgeons in the operating room as well as with audiologists during the critical post-surgery placement and programming of signal processors. She holds a masters degree in audiology from Louisiana Tech University where she was named Graduate Student of the Year and Clinician of the Year. Griffey earned a Doctor of Audiology degree from A.T. Stillman University, graduating with honors in 2010.
Beverly Ostrowski joins Oticon Medical's customer service team as Customer Service Manager. Working from the company's US headquarters in Somerset, Ostrowski will be responsible for the day-to-day management of customer service support systems. Her considerable experience includes more than 20 years in a variety of customer service functions including efficiency and workflow management, logistics and invoicing. A New Jersey native, Ostrowski attended Middlesex County College.
