SOMERSET, NJ March 31 – Oticon, Inc. announces the appointment of Thomas Lawrence to the company’s newly created National Sales Manager position. Lawrence will be responsible for developing sales strategies, driving improvements and implementing best practices to deliver quality support and services to Oticon’s professional partners. He will be based in Oticon’s US headquarters in Somerset, NJ.
Lawrence joins Oticon with more than 15 years of experience in sales, marketing and business development in the medical device and healthcare arena. He has held progressively responsible positions with major global companies, including Stryker and DaVita, where he earned a reputation for building sales teams that understand and meet customer needs in dynamic markets.

Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Administration from the University of Scranton and is currently completing a Masters of Business Administration in Business/International Business.
Kelly Cedor Named Northeast Regional Manager
Kelly Cedor, AuD, CCC-A has been promoted to Northeast Regional Manager. In her new role, Cedor will be responsible for sales, education and support to hearing healthcare professionals throughout the Northeast. Cedor has more than 20 years of experience in audiology and meeting the needs of hearing care professionals to help them grow their practices. Previously, she was the Account Manager for Maine, New Hampshire, Eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island, a position she held since 2007.
Cedor steps into the position held by Ron Gardrel, MS who retired after 27 years of service to Oticon, Inc. An audiologist with more than 40 years’ experience, Gardrel was a valued member of the account management team, recognized for his willingness to share his extensive knowledge and experience in building successful partnerships with hearing care professionals. “Ron always knew how best to respond to customer needs and identify opportunities that helped them to grow their practices,” said Oticon President Peer Lauritsen. “In his tenure with Oticon, he consistently demonstrated a remarkable ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. We thank Ron for his service to Oticon and wish him the very best in his retirement.”
