Christine Labenski, MA, CCC-A has been appointed Pediatric Account Manager for Delaware, New Jersey, Metropolitan New York and Long Island. Most recently a Territory Manager for Phonic Ear, Christine brings 15 years field sales experience with hearing manufacturers to her new position and 11 years experience as a pediatric audiologist. She holds a Master of Arts degree from Hunter College.

Ericca Hardee, MS, CCC-A has been appointed Pediatric Account Manager for the Southeast region, covering Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, North and South Carolina, and Mississippi. Errica earned her Master of Science in Speech and Hearing Sciences at Washington University's Central Institute for the Deaf. She has served as a pediatric audiologist, performing diagnostic evaluations for young children and newborn infants, and has conducted in-service training for educators using FM amplification systems in the classroom.

Robin Donham, AuD, CCC-A, FAAA joins Oticon, Inc. as a Pediatric Account Manager serving the Southern region, including Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas. Formerly an educational audiologist with a large, regional outpatient rehabilitation facility, Robin performed diagnostic evaluations, aural rehabilitation and provided educator training on hearing, hearing aids, FM systems and other assistive devices. She holds a Doctor of Audiology degree from Texas Tec Health Sciences Center.

Jennifer J. Caldwell, MS, CCC-A joins the Oticon Pediatrics team as the in-house support audiologist following a year as an Oticon customer service audiologist. Jennifer has over five years experience at a hearing and speech center, performing diagnostic evaluations, hearing instrument fittings on pediatric and adult populations, working with the cochlear implant team and monitoring all students enrolled in the center's oral deaf education program. She holds a Master of Science degree from the State University of New York, College at Fredonia.
