Ordering Vivatone® Has Never Been Easier

To provide customers with an easy way to communicate and place orders, Vivatone has set up an email box orders@vivatone.com. This new system allows customers to send orders via email. It's simple. Email a request for an electronic order form. Vivatone will send it in an Excel spreadsheet, which can then be used to place orders. Orders will be processed and an order confirmation document is sent via email.

Another exciting feature of orders@vivatone.com is that you can use it to register warranties by email. All that is necessary is to provide the customer number, patient name, corresponding serial number and the fitting date... Vivatone will do the rest!

Whether you are communicating electronically or telephonically, Vivatone will continue to provide the personal service their customers come to expect from Vivatone®'s Customer Service Department. Vivatone® has expanded its customer service department to seven full-time employees. The group has been reorganized so that each customer will now have their own customer service rep. What does this mean for you? It means that you will almost always be speaking to the same person. They will get to know you, your account and your special needs, and you will get to know your customer service rep. Vivatone® is here for you!
