Nick Stephan Appointed Vice President of Finance & Controlling for Unitron US

December 14, 2011 − Plymouth, Minnesota — Unitron US today announced that it has strengthened its management team with the appointment of Nick Stephan as Vice President of Finance & Controlling. In this position, Mr. Stephan oversees the financial performance, including the budgeting and forecasting processes, for Unitron US. In addition, he will also manage the Information Technology department and participate in contract negotiations.

Before joining Unitron, Mr. Stephan served as Senior Director of Finance at Siemens Hearing Instruments, Inc. Other previous positions include Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Rexton/MEMSI, Inc., and multiple executive and management positions at Siemens Medical Systems, Inc. His experience comprises a total of approximately 20 years in the hearing instrument industry and 10 years in medical systems.

Mr. Stephan earned his bachelor's degree in business administration and economics from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, and his MBA degree in finance/business administration from Farleigh Dickinson University.
