Luis Robles, who has served in the production department for over seven years, has been promoted to Quality Systems Manager. Robles will oversee the ISO certification for Magnatone and has successfully obtained his certification as ISO9001:2000 Lead Auditor. Luis Robles brings to Magnatone over fifteen years of production experience in the hearing healthcare industry.
Cathi Bohn, who has served in the Customer Service department since 1995, has been promoted to Customer Service Manager. Previously, she was involved in order entry for a little over a year. Prior to joining Magnatone, Cathi Bohn was a Store Manager for over nine years. Cathi Bohn brings to Magnatone over nine years experience in the hearing health care industry.
Judy Stillings, who has worked as a Customer Service Representative since 2000 has been promoted to Sales Representative. She will be responsible for the sales in the Northeast USA. Previously, Judy was the Director of Customer Satisfaction for Perfect Ear in 1993 to 2000 where she was responsible for order entry, shipping, modeling, customer service, sales and collections. Judy Stilling brings to Magnatone over eight years experience in the hearing health care industry.
