Montgomery County Executive Isaiah Leggett visited with representatives from TLC—The Treatment & Learning Centers and The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) on Wednesday, May 29 in Rockville, Md. There to test TLC's new audiometers acquired through a $20,000 grant from the Department of Health and Human Services, Leggett also praised ASHA's effort to raise awareness about communication disorders during May, Better Hearing and Speech Month.
