Eden Prairie, Minnesota (June 11, 2024) – Starkey announces the addition of veteran industry leader Eric Spar to its U.S. Commercial Sales leadership team as Managing Director of Key Accounts. In this new role, he will be responsible for developing and cultivating relationships with key customers to drive market expansion in the U.S.

Spar brings a proven track record in sales leadership, strategic partnerships, and business development. Throughout his distinguished career, he has developed relationships across the globe, gaining an in-depth understanding of the challenges faced by providers and business administrators, and determining how best to support them. Spar's accomplishments include growing a hearing aid manufacturer to prominence in the U.S., consulting for and developing private practices and medical centers, and advising numerous providers for almost 40 years. His wealth of knowledge and experience will be invaluable in his new role at Starkey.
