HLAA is excited to announce that their completely redesigned and updated website, hearingloss.org, is live! You’ll quickly notice the sleek new look, packed with the information you need to help you on your hearing loss journey. Along with a beautiful design, the new site features improved navigation to help you find what you’re looking for quickly and easily, and it’s mobile-friendly – that means you can take us with you wherever you go, no matter what type of device you’re using!
With all new accessibility features for those with low vision and the ability to translate text into more than 100 languages, anyone, anywhere can reap the benefits of all we have to offer. We’ve also improved the structure of our content, so you’ll get more if all you have time for is a quick read.
The New HLAA
As spectacular as it is on its own, the new website is only one facet of our comprehensive communications strategy which also included new logos for the organization, Walk4Hearing, Convention and Get in the Hearing Loop programs. In addition we redesigned and renamed our bimonthly magazine, Hearing Life previously called Hearing Loss Magazine). The icing on the cake was a complete refresh of all of our printed materials – the brochures that help us fulfill our mission.
As with any undertaking of this magnitude, you might notice a few hiccups during the transition from old to new. Rest assured that even though the site has launched we are not sitting back and resting on our laurels! We will continue working to ensure that everything—content, links, downloadable PDFs, and more—transferred as they should. We hope you like the new site, and if you have any feedback or encounter any issues, please let us know by emailing webteam@hearingloss.org.
