Once again, Vanderbilt Department of Hearing and Speech Sciences will be hosting its annual Hearing Aid Hands-On Workshop October 13-15, 2011. This three day event will review all aspects of hearing aid selection, fitting and verification. Gus Mueller, Todd Ricketts and the Vandy faculty will provide lively discussions and interactive training on the latest technology, processing algorithms and instrumentation. There also will be hands-on activities with hearing aid manufacturers software, the new DSL and NAL fitting algorithms, and probe-mic equipment from various manufacturers. And of course, there will be ample time to enjoy "Music City" in the evenings with our sage and notable tour guides.
