ICS Impulse by Otometrics has received FDA approval.

At the heels of this announcement, Otometrics sold its first unit in Nebraska, and ICS Impulse was featured on CBSnews.com as the ground breaking technology utilized for a proof of concept study at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
ICS Impulse is the new gold standard in head impulse testing. It is the only system approved by thought-leaders Michael Halmagyi, M.D., and Ian Curthoys, Ph.D., who are credited with having described the head impulse test in 1988. An industry first, ICS Impulse can assess and document the vestibular function in all 6 semicircular canals in less than 10 minutes, from patient entry to reporting.
