David Adlin joins GN Otometrics to spearhead national awareness campaigns for hearing screening.
Chicago, Illinois - June 2012 - GN Otometrics, the world leader in hearing and balance diagnostic systems, welcomes David Adlin, a 19-year veteran in the hearing healthcare industry. Mr. Adlin will focus on marketing and business development of Otometrics' growing line of Hearing Screening Products, working closely with Otometrics' Chicago-based team.
Mr. Adlin has comprehensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the American hearing screening industry, ranging from hospital-based new born screening to school and primary care markets. Prior to joining the GN Otometrics Team, Mr. Adlin was the National Sales Manager for Maico Diagnostics. In this capacity, he managed Maico's special instrument distribution network, established and expanded alternative channels to promote and improve accessibility of hearing screening products. Specifically, Mr. Adlin pioneered the use of otoacoustic emissions (OAE) devices beyond the field of traditional audiology, helping to generate acceptance in Head Start programs, pediatric facilities and primary care sites. This effort has resulted in a more comprehensive hearing screening paradigm in the US market today.
