Siemens invites Hearing Healthcare Professionals to participate in the company's new commercial website, www.siemens-hearing.com/ebusiness.

Participants receive an instructional CD, associated software and password to start in a major advancement in hearing instrument sales and service. The new program enables Siemens customers to track orders and repairs, order brochures, batteries and BTEs, check on payments and invoices, determine warranty status and contact customer service.

Siemens is offering a free Online@SHI tour CD through a sales representative who can also initiate immediate start-up in the program.
