Denver- June 2005- Cochlear Americas is sponsoring two live e-seminars hosted by the Alexander Graham Bell Association (AG Bell) to discuss using assistive listening devices with cochlear implants. The seminars, which will be held on June 16, 2005, at 12:00 pm and 9:00 pm EST, will highlight a variety of systems and accessories available to cochlear implant users.
Moderating the seminars will be Linn Tearney, Consumer Support Specialist for Cochlear Americas. Linn, who has a hearing impairment, is a cochlear implant user and understands the challenges of learning to hear again with the device.
