New Vice President to lead initiatives to elevate hearing and balance patient care in North America.
Schaumburg, IL | February 2016 – GN Otometrics, a global leader in hearing and balance care solutions, announces that Chad Boerst has been named Vice President to lead the U.S. and Canadian management teams and reporting to GN Otometrics President and Chief Executive Officer Kim Lehmann.
“Chad brings an extensive background in management and strategic business planning, as well as a proven track record of delivering strong results,” says Lehmann. “He has the experience and the vision to lead our company as it sets a new standard for patient care in the hearing and vestibular industry. We will continue to elevate customer care and grow our business through our North American distribution partner, Audiology Systems.”
Boerst brings more than a decade of management experience within the healthcare manufacturing industry. Prior to joining Otometrics, he held various positions within the Respiratory Care Division at Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc. He first served as Director of Operations and Development, and was promoted to Vice President and General Manager. Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc. is a worldwide manufacturer and provider of medical technologies for hospitals, extended care facilities and home care settings. Chad carries a Six Sigma Certification Green Belt and lean manufacturing training, to which he will bring valuable insight on improving processes. He earned a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton and an MBA from Charleston Southern University.
As Vice President for North America and part of the Otometrics Management Team, Boerst will focus on ensuring profitable growth by creating opportunities to help hearing health care professionals succeed.
