(Solana Beach, California, September 22, 2003) -- Join former NFL Raiders football player Mike Davis at the third annual Golf Fore CCHAT Kids charity tournament on Monday, September 29, 2003 at the Lomas Santa Fe Country Club in Solana Beach. Winning opportunities include a 2003 Mercedes Benz, trips, and $5,000 cash. Registration begins at 11 a.m. for the golf tournament with a shot gun start at 1 p.m. A dinner and auction will be held at 6 p.m. Cost is $175 dollars per person which includes the tournament and dinner.
The CCHAT Center-San Diego, Children's Choice for Hearing and Talking, is an early intervention preschool and kindergarten for deaf and hard of hearing children that want to learn to hear, think, and talk. The center's approach emphasizes language and speech therapy with hearing aids and cochlear implants.
