CaptionCall Phones Now Have Bluetooth

SALT LAKE CITY, September 4, 2018 – CaptionCall, LLC, the leading provider of captioned telephone service, is pleased to announce that Bluetooth® connectivity has been implemented into all CaptionCall 67tb phones for Bluetooth devices that are compatible with the “hands free profile”. 

This new feature allows the individual with hearing loss to customize and enhance their CaptionCall phone audio experience by:

  • Using a streamer that connects directly to their hearing aids 
  • Using their favorite Bluetooth headphones or headset
  • Or continuing to use the phone’s handset or speakerphone

The functionality has been included with all new CaptionCall phones as of June 27, 2018. “Our goal has always been to help people with hearing loss stay socially engaged by helping them use the phone with confidence.  Bluetooth connectivity gives our customers more listening options than ever before, that when combined with our fast, accurate captioning service, improves comprehension dramatically.” says Cameron Tingey, Chief Customer Officer for CaptionCall.
