The public relations and visibility committee of the Canadian Academy of Audiology is pleased to announce the official launch of the first National Audiology Week from October 22 to 28 2007 . This week will be repeated every year during the 3rd week of October.
The goal of this week is to offer to audiologists a special occasion to promote the profession of audiology and being an audiologist.
The Canadian Academy of Audiology having now created the occasion, it will of the responsibility of every audiologist to organize activities (radio/TV interview, articles in newspaper, school presentation,etc.) during that week to inform the public about the profession.
The public relations and visibility committee will put on-line on the Canadian Academy of Audiology website (www.canadianaudiology.ca/) materials that will help audiologists to organize that week.
