Peer-Nominated Award Honors Individuals Who Demonstrate Dedication to Excellence in Education and Professionalism

Chicago, October 2007 - Don't miss the opportunity to nominate your industry colleagues for the 8th Annual Larry Mauldin Award. Presented since 1999, the Mauldin Award uniquely celebrates individuals who have demonstrated unsurpassed dedication to excellence in education and professionalism in the hearing care industry and unselfishly giving back to the profession, the community and the hearing impaired.

The annual award was created to honor the accomplishments of the late Larry Mauldin for his work and commitment to education in the field of audiology. Mr. Mauldin's passion was to advance the knowledge of audiology and hearing aid fittings to as broad an audience as possible.

Beltone sponsors a reception at the annual AudiologyNOW! convention and exposition to honor the award recipient. Nominations must include a written statement about the nominee and their activities, and why this individual deserves the award.

All submissions are due by December 15, 2007. Send all submissions to (or for more information contact) Cydney Fox at cydneyfox@gmail.com.
